10:45-12:00   Mini Workshop: How to design and implement a digital learning strategy presented by Dr Letitia van der Merwe, Managing Director of inavit iQ Learning and co-author of KR’s latest release Learning in a Disruptive Age

There is an abundance of new digital learning companies, initiatives and innovations that have emerged across the education and learning industry in the last couple of years. As with any kind of innovation some of these initiatives have been successful, while others were sometimes very expensive failures. This, of course, fuelled scepticism around the efficacy of digital learning. But the issue imay not necessarily be with the technology; it could be that modern Learning and Development practitioners are challenged to make it work within organisations.

The purpose of this mini-workshop is to take you through a practical thinking framework in terms of what to consider when designing and implementing a digital learning strategy fit for your organisation.

Topics to be discussed include:

  • How to craft a digital learning strategy
  • Lessons learned in implementing a digital learning strategy
  • How to measure the implementation of the digital learning strategy
